Band Pencil serves as the platform where contracts are signed and therefore for security, the client confirmation email (the email sent when a client wants to sign a contract) and the final confirmation email (the email sent after the contract is signed) will originate from Band Pencil and users are unable to amend this. Likewise, users are not able to amend the wording of the email to aid in transparency and security. We have made every effort for the emails to contain as little Band Pencil branding as possible.
The Band Pencil user who issued the contract will be copied into the final confirmation email for reference.
