How to change your availability in the Member Portal on Band Pencil

You can change your availability to an event. From the Member Portal, select the event you want to change your availability and follow the following steps:

  1. Click the green Available or red Not Available button on the event page.

  2. A popup window will appear asking you to confirm you want to change your availability.

  3. Done! Your account administrator might be notified of this change.
