Kindly request your members, clients, or users to move emails from the Promotions tab to the Primary tab by dragging them to the Primary tab. Once prompted with the message "Conversation moved to Primary. Do this for future messages from postmaster[at]bandpencil.com," please click yes.
Please note that this is a feature controlled by Google, and there is not much we can do to prevent it from happening.
We use a reliable transactional email provider to send all Band Pencil emails. We closely monitor our IP address reputation to ensure that our emails are delivered to major email providers, such as Gmail and Outlook.
However, despite our best efforts, some of our emails may end up in spam folders, often triggered by a user receiving an email from us for the first time.
If your members, clients, or users report receiving our emails in their spam/junk folder, kindly ask them to move it to their inbox and add postmaster[at]bandpencil[dot]com to their safe sending list or contacts. Please do this on your email provider's web application and not through a third party mail client such as Apple Mail or a mail app provided with your phone.
To maintain a high delivery rate, we take measures such as rate limiting or suspending users who send a large number of emails from Band Pencil. In severe cases, we may switch to a new sending IP address.
