Band Pencil sends a reminder email to members who have not yet indicated their availability for an event they have been assigned to three days after they were assigned. The email includes all events the member has been assigned to, avoiding multiple emails for multiple events.
If you prefer not to send this reminder email, you can turn off the notification by toggling "Remind members to set their availability" in your event settings page.
Members cannot turn this feature on or off at present.
