How to add a logo, purchase order number and notes to an invoice in Band Pencil

Band Pencil automatically generates an invoice for your event, but you have full control over its contents.

If you want to set or change the invoice image, you'll need to upload your logo to your files within Band Pencil first. You can learn how to do that here. Once you've done that, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Finance tab within the event where you want to set an invoice image.
  2. Click the Options button next to the invoice you want to edit, then click Settings.
  3. Select the from the drop-down list under Invoice Logo.
  4. Save the changes and check the invoice.

To update the invoice or purchase order number, notes or status follow steps 1 and 2, but this time update the desired fields.

You can also set a default logo for invoices from your account settings.
