How to create groups of members in Band Pencil

You can add members to groups to easily email and add them to events. 

To create a new group:

  1. Navigate to Members page
  2. Click Manage Groups button
  3. Add a new group

Once you have added your members to a group you can add groups to events to add multiple members at once. You can also email every member in the group at once form the group page. You can create as many groups as you like.
