How to create groups in Band Pencil

You can add musicians to groups to easily email and add them to events. 

To create a new group:

  1. Navigate to Musicians page
  2. Click Manage Groups button
  3. Add a new group

Once you have added musicians to a group you can add groups to events to easily add multiple musicians to an event. You can also email every member in the group at once form the group page. You can create as many groups as you like.
