Member Portal masking mode

Sometimes you need to be able to see what a member will see in their portal. Claiming they can't see an event, or details not showing up correct? With this feature you are able to mask as the member and see what they see.

To do this:

  1. Navigate to the member you want to mask.
  2. Click the dropdown next to the Edit button in the top right.
  3. Click View Member Portal.
  4. Click Enter Masking Mode.

Somethings to note...

  • The member will not know you are masking as them.
  • The last active date will not be updated when you are masking.
  • Some functionailty will not work whilst in masking mode (you won't be able to submit availability, submit contracts or invoices).
  • You will not be able to see any other accounts the member is a member of.
