You can set a workflow to get Band Pencil to automatically add new tasks, assign files, contracts and forms to the event when the New Event Automation is ran.
How to build
To build your new event automation navigate to your Event Settings page and on the left menu click Automations. Follow the simple instructions to add new tasks, assign your files, contracts and forms.
How to trigger
This automation doesn't run automatically when you create a new event as we know not all your events will need this.
To trigger this automation:
- Navigate to the event.
- On the Information tab click the options button.
- Click Run New Event Automation.
The automation will run and automatically add and assign your tasks, files contracts and forms to the event.
