Band pencil has been revolutionary to our management! The best feature is the band builder function - you wouldn't believe the kerfuffle I used to have to go through to manage this side of things before. I also love how easy the booking system is for sending contracts and invoices, and the online portal for both clients and musicians to log onto. I know all our musicians are loving it too - they've all mentioned how great it is to be able to log on at any time and see what gigs they have booked in, as well as the details without having to check in with me. I'd really recommend it - I've tried so many CRMs and this beats them all!

Band Pencil helps us track all of our bookings and the performers and engineers we rely up to to deliver these shows. Additionally, it helps us manage our warehouse of production stock including, lighting, staging, dance floors, backdrops, power distrubution and consumables such as carpet. We particularly love the new 'Band Builder' feature that allows us to specify band line-ups, we were thrilled to have been involved in the development of this game changing feature.

Booking musicians and invoicing, event tracking, travel arrangements, Client contracts, Setlist sharing, equipment tracking and allocation, budgeting and major stress relief! Band Pencil has literally changed everything! Managing one band was a nightmare in itself, whereas now, I can keep tabs on a hundred musicians with ease, they can invoice and have all the info in the same place, the clients are happy with how slick everything is and running multiple bands and options is a dream! Can’t recommend it enough and can’t do without it!

Band Pencil is an excellent site. It feels great to have a system that is thoughtfully designed for the purpose performing music at events. I have always had to adapt other CRMs to try to meet this need, but Band Pencil is the best by far. The developer is also quite responsive and has already implemented a recent feature request! This was amazing.

Band Pencil is an absolute life-saver for me. It pulls together and simplifies so much of the annoying aspects of being a band leader. Having all of the key information about the show in a single location for all the musicians, including logistics, setlists, pay, equipment needed - it just makes everything so much easier. And being able to duplicate previous events (gigs) makes setting up new ones much faster and simpler. It even helps with managing our rehearsals and for bringing new members up to speed. I have links to a reference list of songs and recordings for learning, as well as to other resources like recordings of previous shows, promotional materials and logos, etc - and the musicians then have everything in one place (and no longer have any excuses about why they didn't learn the material :-)). The client and contract management functions are brilliant and my customers love the portal and easy access to the contract and invoice. I even include hyperlinks to standard promo packages and materials for our bookers so they have access to them for advertising, posters and promotion. Honestly I could go on for pages, but really all I can say is - if you're not using Band Pencil, you are absolutely missing out!
