We strive to provide excellent support and aim to get back to all customers within two working days. However, we often beat this.
During the holidays, we love to spend time with our families and for this reason, we have periods where we have light and critical support only.
We don't offer live chat, phone support, or instant response as most queries require us to take some time to investigate and get back to our customers. The software is designed to be as user friendly and 'self-service' as possible, so most of our customers happily use Band Pencil without ever having to communicate with us.
