When couples or event planners can instantly check your availability, it removes doubt and hesitation. They don’t have to email and wait — they can take action immediately while they’re still excited about booking you.
Instead of vague emails, you receive complete, organised enquiries with all the details you need. That means fewer back-and-forth messages and more time focusing on confirmed bookings.
Seeing “Booked” or “Provisional” next to popular dates encourages faster decisions. It builds social proof and positions your band as professional, busy and highly sought-after.
I sometimes accept multiple gigs on the same day — will this block me out?
No. You’re in full control of how each date displays. If you already have a booking, you can choose to show yourself as Available, Speak With Us, or Unavailable. This means you can still accept multiple events where it makes sense.
Can I block out specific days or periods?
Yes. You can mark yourself as Unavailable for any date — whether you’re on holiday, taking time off, or simply don’t offer events on certain days. It’s flexible and easy to update whenever your plans change.
Does this apply to all of my services?
No. You can choose whether the availability applies to all services or just selected ones. This is ideal if, for example, your full band is booked but your DJ or acoustic package is still available.
