Adding and managing additional user (or seats) on your plan

If your team is growing, you can easily add extra user seats to your subscription. This guide explains how to request additional seats, how billing works, and how to cancel them if your needs change.
How to Request Additional Seats
Our top plan includes five users. If you need more:
Email our support team.
Let us know how many additional users you’d like to add.
We’ll confirm the updated monthly total and apply the seats to your account.
Once added, you can immediately start inviting new team members from your Team section in your settings page.
How Additional Seats Are Billed
Additional seats are billed per user, per month. You can see the pricing on our pricing page on the comparison table under Team.
They are added as a recurring add-on to your existing subscription.
Billing aligns with your current subscription cycle (monthly or annual).
Example:
If you add 3 additional users:
3 × $14 = $42 per month
This amount is added to your regular subscription cost.
If you are on an annual plan, seat charges are still calculated monthly but billed in line with your subscription billing structure.
How to Cancel Additional Seats
If you no longer need extra users:
Remove the relevant users from your Team section in the dashboard.
Contact support to let us know how many seats you would like removed.
We will adjust your subscription accordingly.
Seat removals take effect from your next billing cycle. We do not automatically reduce billing when users are deleted, so it’s important to notify us.
Things to Know
Additional seats are full users with complete access.
There is no fixed limit to the number of additional seats you can request.
You can increase or decrease seats at any time.
