To customise the branding on your emails, you’ll want to ensure that your default image is set on your settings page. This logo will appear as the default on emails sent to clients and members. You can also remove or change this image on a case-by-case basis when sending emails through Band Pencil.
That said, there are some automated emails where Band Pencil branding will remain as these are technically sent by Band Pencil on your behalf, which is why they include our branding - we do try and keep this to a minimum however. These emails include:
To comply with anti-spam regulations and ensure email delivery, all emails are sent from postmaster [at] bandpencil.com and will include a “Powered by Band Pencil” footer. This helps email providers verify the source of the email and ensures recipients know how to handle any issues like spam reports.
