Navigate to the event and click the Finances tab and then click + Create Quote. Once you do this a new quote will be added to the event.
Click the + New Line Item and start adding your quote items (you can also add to your quote when you add new services).
To edit a quote click Options and then Settings. From here you can amend the quote status (not accepted or accepted), quote accept options (more on this below). Title, issue and expire date, display ID, logo and notes.
If the quote status 'not accepted' the client can accept the quote from Band Pencil. You have three options:
