The Band Pencil Trust Card is a widget that members can use to show their activity and reliability within Band Pencil. It helps bandleaders, administrators, and clients see that you are an active and established.
Administrator Trust Card
Designed for accounts holders. Use it to show clients your booking history and activity level.
What it shows
- Company name
- User since (year joined)
- Years on Band Pencil
- Badges (e.g. Super User, 500+ gigs, Active today)
- Bookings and repeat booking percentage
- Average gigs per month
- Upcoming gigs
Member Trust Card
Designed for musicians, performers - anyone who uses the Member Portal. Use it to reassure bandleaders, agencies and businesses that you’re an active, established and trust worthy.
What it shows
- Your name
- Member since (year joined)
- Years on Band Pencil
- Badges (e.g. Established, 100+ gigs, Active today)
- Number of accounts you're a member of
- Response time (if available)
- Events assigned (range only)
Embedding Your Widget
You can embed the Trust Card directly into your website, just paste the widget code into your website where you’d like the Trust Card to appear.
For administrators
- Go to Settings → Trust Card
- Set Show profile on Trust Centre? to Yes
- Your unique widget code will then be available to copy
For members
- Go to your Dashboard → Trust Card
- Set Show profile on Trust Centre? to Yes
- Your unique widget code will then be available to copy
Customisation options
You can customise the look and feel of your widget by editing the data- attributes:
- Width →
data-width="300"(default 300px, range 200–360px) - Theme →
data-theme="auto" | "light" | "dark" - Position* →
data-position="inline" | "bottom-right" | "bottom-left"
*Setting to bottom-right or bottom-left will force the card to overlay on that part of the website.
